All fields and documents needed to complete individual KYC or business KYB verification.

Before you can send or receive funds, you need to complete identity verification. The information we collect depends on whether you are an individual or a business, and which verification level applies to you.

KYC Standard: Individual

This is the default verification for individual customers. It is automated and typically completes in about 60 seconds.

KYC Enhanced: Individual

If you are from a high-risk country, you will be required to complete KYC Enhanced. This includes everything from KYC Standard, plus the additional fields below. Your submission will be manually reviewed by our compliance team and can take up to 1 business day.

If your verification is rejected, you will need to start a new submission with corrected information. You cannot update an existing submission. Check the kyc_warnings or fraud_warnings feedback for details on what to fix.

KYB Standard: Business

If you are registering a business, you will need to verify all shareholders who own more than 25% of the company (UBOs). Manual review typically takes 3 hours to 1 business day.

Your Tax ID should be your local government ID number based on your country (e.g. CPF if you are in Brazil). If you are a US resident, please use your SSN.
