Overview

Have an idea for something Devdraft should build or change? You can share it directly from the Concierge Desk in a few short steps.
Request a feature is for product ideas and suggestions for the roadmap. For something that’s broken, use Report a bug instead, and for account or billing questions, use Help Center.

Watch: How to Request a New Feature on Devdraft | Concierge Desk Guide

1

Open Concierge Desk

Tap the chat icon in the bottom navigation bar to open Concierge Desk. You’ll see your concierge’s profile, the Start a chat button, and a REPORT AN ISSUE section beneath it.
2

Select Request a Feature

Under REPORT AN ISSUE, tap Request a feature, Tell us what’s missing. This opens the feature request form.
3

Describe the feature

The form opens with a short instruction: Share a product idea for our roadmap. For bugs or account issues, use Report a bug or Help Center.Fill in the following fields:
4

Add your use case

Under Use case, describe your workflow or situation today, and how this feature would help. This is what gives the product team context on why the feature matters and how you’d use it.
5

Submit

Once you’re happy with the details, tap Submit idea to send your request.
The feature request form doesn’t currently support attaching screenshots or files, if a visual would help explain your idea, mention that in the Description or Use case field, or share it separately through Start a chat.

What Happens Afterward

Once submitted, your idea goes to the Devdraft product team for review as input into the roadmap. If they’d like more detail or want to follow up on your suggestion, they’ll reach out through the Concierge Desk messages, the same way as a regular support conversation.
Submitting a feature request registers your idea for consideration, it doesn’t guarantee the feature will be built or given a specific timeline.
