Learn how to navigate and use the Bila Console dashboard
The Bila Console dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your payment activities, balances, and key metrics. This guide will help you understand the different components of the dashboard and how to use them effectively.
The dashboard is the default landing page when you log into the Bila Console. You can also access it at any time by clicking on Dashboard in the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see an environment indicator showing whether you’re in the Sandbox (test) or Production (live) environment.

Always be aware of which environment you’re working in. The Sandbox environment is for testing, while the Production environment processes real transactions with actual funds.
The top section of the dashboard displays key performance metrics that provide a quick overview of your account:

Hover over any metric to see a tooltip with additional information or click on it to view detailed data.

Click on any transaction row to view its complete details, including payment method, fees, and transaction timeline.

You can customize your dashboard to focus on the metrics that matter most to you:
Access Dashboard Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Select Widgets
Check or uncheck widgets to show or hide them on your dashboard.
Arrange Widgets
Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them in your preferred order.
Set Default Time Period
Select your preferred default time period for dashboard metrics.
Save Changes
Click “Save Changes” to apply your customizations.
You can view data for different time periods by using the date range selector in the top-right corner of the dashboard:

When you select a date range, all dashboard metrics and graphs will update to reflect data from that period.
You can export dashboard data for reporting and analysis:
Click Export
Click the “Export” button in the top-right corner of any dashboard section.
Select Format
Choose your preferred export format (CSV, Excel, PDF).
Select Data Range
Confirm the date range for the exported data.
Download
Click “Download” to receive your exported data file.
