# Reporting a Bug

> How to report a bug from the Concierge Desk, what details to include, how to attach screenshots, and what happens after you submit.

# Overview

If something in the Devdraft app isn't working as expected, you can report it directly from the Concierge Desk in a few short steps, no need to start a full chat conversation.

<Warning>
  Report a bug is for things that are broken or not working. For questions about your account, billing, or transactions, use **Help Center** or **Start a chat** instead, the bug report form isn't monitored for account-specific requests.
