# Reporting a Bug

> How to report a bug from the Concierge Desk, what details to include, how to attach screenshots, and what happens after you submit.

# Overview

If something in the Devdraft app isn't working as expected, you can report it directly from the Concierge Desk in a few short steps, no need to start a full chat conversation.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Report a bug is for things that are broken or not working. For questions about your account, billing, or transactions, use **Help Center** or **Start a chat** instead, the bug report form isn't monitored for account-specific requests.

**1. Open Concierge Desk**

Tap the chat icon in the bottom navigation bar to open **Concierge Desk**. You'll see your concierge's profile, the **Start a chat** button, and a **REPORT AN ISSUE** section beneath it.

**2. Select Report a Bug**

Under **REPORT AN ISSUE**, tap **Report a bug**, *Something isn't working*. This opens the bug report form.

**3. Describe the issue**

The form opens with a short instruction: *Tell us what went wrong in plain language. For account or billing questions, use Help Center instead.*

Fill in the following fields:

| Field | Required | Notes |
| - | - | - |
| **Where did you see the problem?** | Yes | Choose from a dropdown, e.g. *Payments* |
| **In one sentence, what's wrong?** | Yes | A short summary, e.g. *"I cannot view my transaction history"* |

**4. Add steps to reproduce**

Under **What were you doing, and what happened?**, describe what you were doing right before the issue occurred and what happened as a result, for example, *"I tried to check for my recent transaction, it was a blank page."* This is what the team uses to reproduce the issue on their end, so the more specific, the better.

You can add any extra context under **Anything else? (optional)**, this field is not required.

**5. Add a screenshot (optional)**

Under **Screenshot (optional)**, tap **Add screenshot** to attach visual evidence of the issue.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Up to **3 images** (PNG, JPG, or WebP), **5 MB** each.

A screenshot isn't required, but it helps the team understand the issue faster.

**6. Submit**

Once you're happy with the details, tap **Send report** to submit.

## How Devdraft Follows Up

After you submit, your report goes to the Devdraft team for review. If they need more detail a clearer description, an additional screenshot, or clarification on the steps you took, they'll follow up directly through the Concierge Desk messages, the same way as a regular support conversation.

> [!NOTE]
>
> You can check on the status of a bug report, or continue the conversation, from **Messages** in the Concierge Desk at any time.
